The 10kV SF₆ gas-filled switchgear belongs to the compact gas-insulated metal-enclosed switchgear (C-GIS), which seals the entire high-voltage main circuit within a metal gas box filled with SF₆ insulating gas. III. Structural Features
1. Fully Enclosed Gas Box Structure
The main circuit (circuit breaker / load switch, busbar, isolation / grounding, transformers, etc.) is sealed in a stainless steel welded gas box filled with SF₆ gas, completely isolating external dust, moisture, salt fog, and condensation.
2. Three-Position Switch Integration
Generally, a three-position switch integration structure of load switch + isolating switch + grounding switch is adopted, with a simple structure and reliable interlock.
3. Clear compartments, high safety
High-voltage gas compartment, low-voltage mechanism compartment, and cable compartment are independently separated.
Built-in pressure release device, fault arc is directed to release.
Complete mechanical interlock, achieving standard "five protections"
